CODE OF CONDUCT

1.    Dogs are not permitted on site.

Please ensure your supporters and opponents know this ruling.

2.    There is a speed limit of 10 MPH on this site.

3.    Fry Club or Cadbury Trebor Bassett accept no liability for injury, losses from dressing rooms or vehicles in the car parks. We suggest all valuables are removed from all dressing rooms.

4.   In an Emergency contact Cadbury Site Security in the main factory entrance or telephone 0117 9861789 they will arrange first aid or call for an ambulance. If an ambulance is called onto site Security must be informed to direct the emergency service to the injured.

5.    Dressing rooms are not locked during matches, all doors have hasps and staples - bring your own padlocks.

6.    Please treat Fry Club as your own. It is yours for the season. Bring your supporters and opponents into the bar for drinks after your match. We do expect teams to use our facilities to support the club.

7.    Training Areas are now your own pitches 3 - 8 plus the small pitches. DO NOT use any other area unless groundstaff or Fry Club Management have authorised. Pre-Season training - all areas will allocated at the start of September by groundstaff or Fry Club Management.

8.    Fixtures must be given long in advance. Consultation must be made with Fry Club to ensure fixtures are booked in. Failure will result in non-allocation of pitches.

9.    Fry Colts Management must liase with Fry Club regarding new teams created, additional A/B teams etc. No extra teams will be allowed unless prior consultation.
