Results
aren't important, regardless of winning or losing, as long as the lads
learn something from every game then no more can be asked of them.
Children grow and mature at different ages, so size is a major factor whilst
they are young and this can distort results. My aim is to make sure the lads
understand the game ready for progression to the adult team.
